ONLINE ORDER EXCHANGE POLICY
Christmas gift didn't fit? We've got your back! Online purchases bought between December 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022 (inclusively), may be exchanged until January 15, 2023, free of charge.

Final Sale items may be exchanged based on availability.
REFUNDS FOR ONLINE ORDERS
Our refund policy remains unchanged. You have 15 days after the delivery date of your order to request a refund. However, for items with a purchase date in December 2022 but a refund requested outside the two weeks after delivery date, we provide online credit until January 15 2023. Make sure your return request is made the latest January 15, 2023 to be eligible for an online credit (final sale excluded).
STORE PURCHASE EXCHANGE POLICY
Items purchased in our stores between December 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022 can be exchanged until January 15, 2023 (inclusive). No refunds, we provide store credit only. No store credit or exchanges for items marked Final Sale.

FED EX SERVICE in US
All orders on a standard service in the USA are delivered by Fed Ex.
DHL SERVICE Outside USA
All orders on a standard service in all International countries outside USA are delivered by DHL.

New Years Day, January 1, 2023
During holiday season, orders should be delivered within maximum 10 business days, delivered Monday to Sunday between 9 A.M. and 8 P.M. Delivery to remote areas may take longer. We recommend ordering in advance to provide for any unforeseen delays and to ensure delivery on time.
For Christmas gifting, we strongly recommend ordering prior to December 11 for orders with a shipping address in the West Coast, and prior to December 13 for orders with a shipping address in the East coast so that your package may arrive in time for Christmas Day. Please note, there are no deliveries at Christmas Day.
We ship from Canada. We do everything to meet the above stated shipping delays, but we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays at customs.
GIFTING ONLINE ORDERS
Please note, we do not currently offer a designated gift wrapping, gift messaging or gift receipt service for digital orders.
GIFT WRAPPING IN OUR STORES
Gift receipts as well as gift boxes are available in stores.
PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY HOLIDAY SALES
At all times, we allow price adjustments for up to 7 days following the order date in the event of a subsequent mark down.
For store-purchased items, please visit the store with your receipt and our store associates will provide you with a store credit (which may only be used in US stores). Items marked Final Sale are excluded.
For online orders, please direct your request with order number and a scan of the invoice to our Customer Service team via email@example.com. We will provide you with a promo code that may be applied to future orders (online only). Items marked Final Sale are excluded.
