If your tracking number info suddenly says 'Shipment canceled', don't worry. FedEx has delays and is shipping some of our orders Ground instead of Express. You will receive a new tracking number.

RUDSAK orders are shipped from Canada. We're a proud Canadian brand based in Montreal, since 1994.

Once your order has been placed, it will be added to your RUDSAK account under My Order Status. If you placed an order using a Guest account, you will receive the details of your order by e-mail. All orders are shipped via FedEx:

FedEx Express:
- Please allow 7 days for your FedEx tracker to start moving. Delivery takes 2-4 days after the order has been processed at customs.  Please understand, we try to get your order to you as fast as possible but we don't have influence over potential delays at customs.
- When ordering Christmas gifts, please order before December 10th, to be sure to have your gift in time. FedEx does not deliver on December 25th and 26th, 2021 and January 1st, 2022.
- We require the customer's signature for delivery.
- All orders qualify for free shipping with FedEx.
- If there is nobody home at the time of delivery, a notice will be left at your door and the package will be sent to a nearby location where you can pick it up at your convenience.
- To check on the status of a shipment, please enter your tracking number on the FedEx website. Please allow 5-7 days for the tracking number to become active before checking the status of the shipment.

Please note that during holiday periods or special events, including our VIP Event, deliveries can take up to 14 business day.

There are no deliveries on Black Friday, Christmas Day (December 26th) and New Years Day (January 1st).
