FAQ Shipping

Will I receive a tracking number?

When your order is shipped, depending on your shipping method, you will receive an email with your FedEx tracking number, or an SMS with a link to your Uber Direct delivery tracker. All shipments require signature confirmation. If no one is available to receive the shipment, FedEx packages will be held for pickup and Uber packages will be returned to the sender. 

What are the shipping options?

Our shipping method is FedEx Express, with delivery typically taking 2-4 days after the order has been processed through customs. Any unforeseen delays during the customs clearance process are beyond our control. For more information, please visit our Shipping page.

Do you ship to Europe or other continents?

Yes, we ship our products internationally, please select the country where you want to ship the products within the country selector.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We ship for FREE, so as to give you the best possible shopping experience. Return shipments are also free of charge.

I've received a damaged item, what do I do?

Our goal is to provide you with a flawless shopping experience, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by your order not arriving in optimal condition. To help us keep track of the issue, please share a clear image of the problem along with your order number through our messenger or email at the earliest. We are committed to making it right and will promptly send you a replacement item. To initiate the process, please visit our Returns and Exchanges Center to request a return shipping label

I haven’t received my shipment, help?

Please send an email to service@rudsak.com mentioning your order number and your question.

Will I be refunded for return shipping fees if I pay for my own shipping method?

To qualify for free return shipping you must use the Rudsak return portal. Returns that are shipped without using the return portal will not be reimbursed.
