RUDSAK orders are shipped from Canada. We're a proud Canadian brand based in Montreal, since 1994.

Once your order has been placed, it will be added to your RUDSAK account under My Order Status. If you placed an order using a Guest account, you will receive the details of your order by e-mail. All orders are shipped via FedEx:

Fulfillment Times

Please note that some U.S. orders are currently experiencing longer-than-usual fulfillment times. While our standard processing window is 5–8 business days, unforeseen delays may extend this timeline. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping & Tracking

Once your order is ready to ship:

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

The tracking link may take up to 48 hours to update after the label is created. This simply means the package is waiting for its first scan by the carrier.

Rest assured, your order is on its way and will begin moving shortly.

FedEx Express:

Please be informed that for orders totaling less than $200.00, a shipping fee of $8.95 + tax will be applied.

If there is nobody home at the time of delivery, a notice will be left at your door and the package will be sent to a nearby location where you can pick it up at your convenience..

To check on the status of a shipment, please enter your tracking number on the FedEx website.

International outside US

DHL Express:

Please allow 7 days for your DHL tracker to start moving.  Please understand, we try to get your order to you as fast as possible but we don't have influence over potential delays at customs.

We require the customer's signature for delivery

To check on the status of a shipment, please enter your tracking number on the DHL website. Please allow 5-7 days for the tracking number to become active before checking the status of the shipment.
