FAQ Shipping

Will I receive a tracking number?


Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your FedEx tracking number. Please note that tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after the label is created — this means the package is awaiting its first scan by the carrier.
All shipments require signature confirmation. If no one is available to receive the package, it will be held at a FedEx location for pickup.

What are the shipping options?


We ship U.S. orders via FedEx Express, with delivery typically taking 3–5 business days after your order clears customs.
Currently, some orders may experience longer fulfillment times than our standard 5–8 business day processing window due to higher-than-expected demand. We appreciate your understanding as we work to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Do you ship to Europe or other continents?

Yes, we ship our products internationally, please select the country where you want to ship the products within the country selector.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $200. For orders under $200, there is a shipping fee of $8.95 + taxes. Additionally, return shipments are also free of charge.

I've received a damaged item, what do I do?

Our goal is to provide you with a flawless shopping experience, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by your order not arriving in optimal condition. To help us keep track of the issue, please share a clear image of the problem along with your order number through our messenger or email at the earliest. We are committed to making it right and will promptly send you a replacement item. To initiate the process, please visit our Returns Center to request a return shipping label

I haven’t received my shipment, help?

Please send an email to service@rudsak.com mentioning your order number and your question.

Will I be refunded for return shipping fees if I pay for my own shipping method?

To qualify for free return shipping you must use the Rudsak return portal. Returns that are shipped without using the return portal will not be reimbursed.
