Order Processing & Shipment Timeline

Order preparation

Orders are typically prepared within 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons or promotional events, preparation time may extend to up to 7 business days. Once your order begins transit within our network, it may enter an international or inter-facility processing stage with our courier partners. Please note that preparation time is separate from shipping transit time.


Understanding Your Tracking Status

During this stage:
During your order preparation time, your tracking page may show “Ready,” “Label Created,” or “Shipment Information Received”. This simply means your parcel has been prepared and is awaiting pickup by the courier.

Custom Clearance:
For cross-border shipments, status may remain in “Ready,” “Label Created,” or “Shipment Information Received” for up to 2 additional business days for custom clearance.
Tracking updates begin once the courier scans the package into their network. From that moment forward, you will receive real-time updates as your shipment moves toward delivery.

Typical delivery estimates after shipment are:

  • 2–4 business days for most regions
  • 5–7 business days for Western regions
  • An additional 1–2 business days for remote or rural areas
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during high-volume periods or due to weather conditions.

    FedEx Shipping Policy

    For orders under $300.00, a shipping fee of $9.95 + tax will be applied. 

    Signature Requirements

    For orders of $300 or more: Direct Signature is required. This means someone at your delivery address must sign for the package. If nobody is home at the time of delivery, a notice will be left at your door and the package will be sent to a nearby location for convenient pickup.

    For orders under $300: No signature is required. Your package will be left at the shipping address provided. 

    When to Contact Us

    If your order has not shipped within 7 business days, or if tracking has not updated several days after label creation, our Customer Experience team will be pleased to assist you.
